NCS provides reliable controls for material handling systems. We specialize in power and free conveyors, as well as most types of belt, roller and chain-driven "floor" systems. Our systems include conveyors for finishing systems and other processes, storage systems, and delivery systems. We design tracking controls incorporating optical code card readers, RF tag sensors, and standard bar code readers. We supply operator interfaces, including Allen-Bradley Panelview, C-More, and many other interfaces.
We provide complex MMI supervisory systems incorporating Allen-Bradley, Factory Talk View, InTouch, and Intellution I-Fix software packages. Our supervisory systems give the customer a wide range of alarm annunciation, inventory control and access to system data in a user-friendly yet sophisticated graphics package. We also develop custom programmed PC applications for machine control and data access.
